problem with fantastico

hey, i just bought a package yesterday, and i can login to my cpanel fine but when i click on the fantastico icon, i see a whole bunch of computer speak that makes no sense. also on the main page of my cpanel, it says this at the top:

Might be best to drop a trouble ticket to the help desk and let them know about that.
