The first time I tried to subcribe to forum updates about my server, there wasn't even a forum for my server.

Now this:

On the Surmunity forums page, »www.surmunity.com/index.php under Shared Hosting Services, clicking the Subscribe link, takes you to »www.surpasshosting.com/subscribe/
returns this page which says "Not Found. Whoops. That file is not here. Please let us know what happened" and the link takes you back to surmunity.com .

Brandon, support did not say that they solved the issue. Support apologized for the issue, for launching the site before it worked, and said that they would be working on it. and they closed the ticket, without thanking me for bringing it to their attention.

Kayla reports that it is now fixed. Thank you Kayla.

Kayla, the "Subscirbe" link on the main Surmunity page that I tried to use first and posted first in my Support ticket and in this thread...still does not work.

Under "Shared Hosting Notices" there is a "Subscribe" link. It links you to
http://www.surpasshosting.com/subscribe/

Which still says NOT FOUND. WHOOPS!... ETC.

Which is exactly what I posted in my support ticket first thing this morning.

So while you report that a page is up somewhwere, the broken link that I asked about this morning still doesn't work. I'm sure you'd want to know about that.

I'm currently rewriting the entire beginner's process and scouring the site for all of the /subscribe links. I'll update here when I'm done.
