My client has a password problem, and the DNS is not resolving to her domain. She is hosting with you and registered her domain thru you. I need to know how to resolve this pretty quickly. No one is on AIM.

Laurie,
xxxxxxxxxxx that was installed on 12/11/2003 has not yet resolved to
our servers. If you believe you have changed your DNS correctly, please
double check at this point.

Please check and make sure your domain name is pointed to the following
nameservers:

Primary:

Secondary:

We run checks on .xxxxxxxxxx every 8 hours to see when and if it is
pointing properly to our servers.

If this is an error and you know that your domain name works properly and
your DNS is set correctly, just disregard this email. We may send
another email in order to make sure that everything is correctly set.

If you have any questions about your domain name or DNS, just reply to
this email.

(Note: I also host with you, and I reffered her to you... so I hope this can be resolved pretty quickly.)

She recieved an email saying that there was problems resolving the domain.. but never the support email with password information.

Thinking I need to speak to a real person here! :frust: [

I think I just saw this ticket, and Mark got you fixed up. Hope everything worked out well.
