delay with signup?

Hi, I signed up for a new Surpass account about 36 or so hours ago, and I am still waiting for my final confirmation email that my account has been processed. I know I may appear hasty, it's just that the website says 24 hours, and I wish to move away from my old webhost as soon as possible, so I was really hoping to get the email quickly.

I would open a helpdesk ticket, but I'm having problems with the help desk system. I had an account there many years back as I used to be hosted under a friend's reseller account and used the helpdesk, however my password doesn't work and when I ask it to send me my password (by saying I lost it) I never get the email.

My domain is crysania.com, my email is cassiel

netspace.net.au, if that helps any with getting processed quicker.

Never mind, I did the "lost password" technique several times over and finally managed to make the email with my password come through, so I've submitted a ticket instead. I figure that's the more correct method to go through.

It's been almost 24 hours of waiting for me as well.

Accounts are usually activated within 24 hours, but thew weekends usually take a bit longer because there aren't as many sales staff in.

You can definitely file a ticket if it's taken over 24 hours, to make sure nothing went wrong. If you're unable to log into a current account, you can always submit a ticket witho0ut logging in, and you'll receive the info to login via email with the ticket status
