nameserver,DNS change,Pushing?
It seems the more I learn the less I know.
I want to move a domain name from one website on Surpass to another of a different name. It sounds simple enough, until you look at the panel and find that there are several items that seem to do the same thing. I want to take the domain name from smallbusinessri.com and move it to sassydesktops.com. Basically I want sassydesktops.com to become smallbusinessri.com. I am afraid to make the wrong move and lose everything. Can anyone help me? Thanks Frank |

Depending on whether or not you want to maintain the old site, you may or may not need a second monthly account. I'd submit a ticket...and be a little more explicit in your description. ![]()

In basic terms you no longer want to use sassydesktops.com any longer.
You want to change the name of that site to smallbusinessri.com This is a domain change, and only support and sales can do this for you. Normally there is a fee to change the domain name of an account if the account is older than 30 days...
