cPanel
Ok, I have my domain through surpass and I am trying to go into cPanel, do my files need to be online in my ftp account in order for me to get into my cPanel account, or do I have to register a name server? I am so confused.

I signed up on Tuesday and got my e-mail before I woke up Wednesday morning. I tried both my cpanel addresses, the IP address/cPanel, and mysite/cPanel I clicked on the links in the e-mail sent to me

Could be just the way you typed it for the post, but make sure you use all lowercase letters when appending /cpanel to the end of the IP/Domain.

What happens when you click the links? Do you get the login box pop up? Does it reject your username and password?
