When you get the welcome email, it will contain a username, password and your IP address, also you will get information about which nameservers you can use.

You can log into your cpanel by using that IP address followed by /cpanel or the ip address followed by :2082 and use your username and password as your login details.

In cpanel there is an option for addon domains, it's just a few simple lines to fill in:

New Domain Name:
Username/directory/subdomain Name:
Password:

hello markh i just signed up with surpass and i havent got any reply from surpass and i am wondering how long before thay send me a welcome E:mail ?? or do it take a while before thay thay reply to me??

It does take a little while before they send you all your details.

Normally they take up to 24 hours to confirm everything, but with the promotion they are running at the moment, they are taking a bit longer than that it seems.

Hmmhhh, I opened a support ticket at the dutch company where I bought my .be domainname to point it to the namesevers yesterday and they still haven't done it or looked at it. Véry annoying... *killer mood* (j/k)
My current host (so not Surpass but where I got one of my domains and this domainname at the moment) isn't really good at support and such. And their databaseserver is down like... 5+ times a day. Sucks.

I can't point the nameservers myself, don't have the permission to do that or something.

And it's possible I'll have to buy a special service to point the nameservers, like, wtf? Sucks even more. Would be $9 :-| (let's hope they're nice)
