Help desk troubles

I signed up for an account yesterday, and it has been 24 hours, and still no confirmation email. After reading a bit in the knowledge base, I found that the proper thing to do in this case is to create a support ticket. I created a ticket on the help desk, and got a confirmation email saying that the ticket had been created. In the email, there was a link to check the status of the ticket. When I click the status link, I get the following:

ERROR: You do not have enough permissions to access this page. Please login by entering your Email and Password.
I then tried to make an account at the helpdesk using my email, which turns out was already in use. So i went to the lost password page of the help desk and had the password sent to my email account. Even with this password, I am unable to login. It gives me an error about an invalid username or password. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

It's ok, you don't need to be logged in or have an account registered to use the ticket system. You can just wait until a reply has been made by staff and it will send the reply to your e-mail account.

I signed up for an account yesterday too, it has been 24 hours but someone told in the other post that it will take some time for them to create our accounts because a lot of people are buying hosting from surpass during this $1 a year promotion, so wait a little longer.

To submit a ticket,
go to your invoice email, where they send you your password to log into client's billing.
You log into your client billing account, on the top click Get Support, and click Sales Division because I've submitted a ticket to Support Division and the technician forwarded my ticket to Sales Division.

Edit:

Someone replied to my ticket. They assured me that due to a high demand of hosting from this $1 promotion, accounts will be activated within 48 hours! So wait until tomorow!

Just a note -- I also found the same thing -- when I signed up yesterday and then visited the helpdesk, it said that my email address already had an account created for it, however the password sent by the "forgot password" and the same that was working fine for the billing section as sent in the welcome mail did not work for the support desk. I had to have support reset the password to a new one and now everything works fine. Possibly a gremlin in the system for yesterday's signups.
