anyways, i asked in another thread, but...yea, no one answered. it's been i think over two days now, and i haven't gotten a response. also, i hear people have been receiving these e-mails in their spam folder, and my spam was set to delete immediately. i fixed this like..4hours ago, but what if it got sent before i changed the setting and i never saw it? could an admin/mod possibly resend this e-mail to me? i have like no patience whatsoever

I suggest sending in a ticket to billing and see if they can resend the information to you.
