Error with new name servers

I get the following meesage from Dotster when trying to change my name servers for my domain to the Surpass name servers:

"Unable to Change Name Servers with Registry, or invalid Name Server."

I entered both name servers:
ns1108.dizinc.com
ns1109.dizinc.com

I've used Dotster for many years with other domains, it is not a problem with Dotster.

It only allows DNS names (not IP's) to be entered.

Why wouldn't Surpass's name servers work?

Does anyone else use Dotster here? I know they're a major registrar...

I had this problem...make sure when you copy and past the name server, there isnt a space after it. I think that made it not work for me.

Well, not sure why, but I was able to update them with Dotster.

(and I had made sure before about the space... not sure what the problem was)

Cool

Sometime a simple glitch can cause a issue. I've seen it before myself. Triple check and it just dose not want to work and come back a few hours later try again and good to go. Ain't the internet fun.
