Skipdawg,
I tried logging into the Help Desk system or support ticket or whatever. Now it says "Invalid username and password." And I am using the same to post here. Maybe I need to wait until it is the 22nd Century? Regards (not venting at you, but really, almost about to give up). Problem is, I think they already charged me/my customer. |

Do not put a user name and password in at the help desk, submit without it, using the link I provided in my post.
Also, keep in mind, your user name and password for the help desk is totally separate from the forum.

Well sorry...
Now I get an email (in the bulk folder) with a login password for client.surpass.hosting... And guess what? the email-id and password don't work. Can't blame me for being frustrated and being politically insane at the moment. I think I am really ready to give up. Regards, Globe |

Well, thanks to all who helped me, and also thank you, Kayla.
I guess a couple of dollars charged on a credit card won't hurt, but what really will hurt is that I registered a good domain name using the form (and now it might be eternally locked for all I know). I was referred here by a friend who is your customer and insisted this is all good. But I think you will agree that (from my point of view) this has taken almost two days. And I am missing my deadline and promises here. And of course, considering that the weekend is coming up, I can't expect to wait until Tuesday (my time - remember I am on the other side of the globe). Holy Cow! I received 5 emails from Surpass hosting with my approved domain and password and ID.
Everything is A-OK now. Once again, thanks everyone. Especially all those who helped me since I started this thread, Kayla, and later Eric from the helpsupport desk.
