I'm in Australia GlobeTrekker, so I know the furstration of having to deal with a company who are in a totally different time zone. Like you, I had some issues initially, but they were sorted out within a day or two.
Today is the first time I've had to send in a ticket since then and it's my own fault too. It's been nearly 2 years since I've signed up. If that doesn't say something I don't know what will... |

I know. I was being a bit jumpy; I guess (now rereading everything I wrote).
Compared to other hosting vendors I have dealt with, Surpass really, well, surpasses. I apologized before and I apologize again for extreme pressures put on me by my customers. But whatever, this is a great community (even those who are not Surpass staff, especially Brandon, Markscns, and PuckChaser for his graphic screen help) and host (everyone, including Eric (email), Eman (email), Kayla (behind-the-scenes), and SkipDawg (behind-the-scenes) - all names mentioned alphabetically).
