Really Sucks!
Dear Sir or Madam:
I applied for a website (and hosting) yesterday afternoon Hong Kong time. Until now, I have not received any confirmation email or anything from your corporation. What really sucks, is that you guys don't have a single telephone number on your entire site. You can't afford a phone or what? I don't know how I can get in touch with you. Maybe, I should approach some other hosting site, I guess. Regards and please do buy a telephone or two for international customers like us. |

Surpass Hosting resolves issues through a ticket system. I assure you that it is more efficient than answering questions through a phone system....

Here's two options:
(1) Have you looked in your 'Spam' or 'Junk Mail' folder? (2) Have you considered opening a Support Ticket? https://desk.surpasshosting.com/ Hope that helps! PuckChaser

BTW most of us are fellow customers. This is a user to user forum.
Yes some staff visits but if you have a important issue you need resolved the help desk is the way to go and no need to log in as stated. And Phones are so 20th century, ticket system 21st century. So much better. I know I hate being left hanging on HOLD forever. ![]()
