Can't excess index
I just opened up a new account and it doesn't seem to access the index file when I input the ip. I of course can access the cpanel with the ip. What can I do?

To access your account before the domain has propagated, you must use this form: http://ip-address/~username/
Don't forget the trailing slash

Right, and the /~username/ part is key if you are on a shared/reseller server, since many sites share the same IP...
