No this is not you.

I am seeing a ms issue there in Dimenoc and Level3 network right before you get into there network is showing some packet loss issues. It may work it's self out soon.

See it every now and then. Kind of like a internet traffic jam.

If it is still causing issues in like a hour drop a ticket to support they may be able to deal with the dimenoc issue there.

Is this a new issue today or have you been seeing it?

I opened the account a few days ago and everything was working perfectly (very quick page loads) until last night around 9pm EST. The only thing related to surpass that I can get into the my surpass hosting account and these forums. Anything releated to my domain is completely inaccessible (to me at least ).

I have a feeling the source of the issue is Level3 affecting Dimenoc.
ms has cleared up for Surmunity and my domains yet Level 3 is still showing some packet loss. 33% right now there in Orlando.
Which is likely affecting your site via the routing path from you to the server your site is on.
Hope it gets squared away soon before Support gets blitzed with tickets.

I am in need of coffee will look in later. Good luck. Welcome to the Surpass/Surmunity family

And it's share of crazy people who run out into the middle of it and try to stop traffic.

Well, it was good while it lasted. I'm being blocked again. Tracert shows the exact same thing. I was FTP'ing some pics to my Gallery and everything shut down. Not even close to my storage limit. I hope this isn't going to be a frequent happening.
