Angry Cannot reach my gallery, cpanel, or domain....

I don't have much experience with this so please be kind

I'm not sure what info you would need to help so I am listing everything that I can think of here:

Server: SH110
IP: 66.7.202.21
My Domain: mucksgarage.com
My Gallery Page: http://www.mucksgarage.com/NVMYMalibu/main.php
Name Servers: ns1104.dizinc.com ns1105.dizinc.com

The Story:

My domain is hosted at Godaddy which I have redirected to surpass using the information provided by surpass. Everything was working all day yesterday. I installed Gallery and set it up. I installed Joomla and installed a theme. I was in and out of the cpanel, joomla, gallery all day long with no problems. Around 9pm, everything went dark: couldn't access cpanel, joomla admin, my domain, direct links wouldn't work. I even tried pinging the nameservers and the surpass IP which timed out (which, if i'm not mistaken is just the address of the shared server so I would think that it would be pingable and tell me wether the server is up or not). I went to godaddy and everything is fine: account is up to date, forwarding info is the same as I had it earlier in the day. I even cleared my cookies/cache to no avail and I tried Firefox.

The only experience I've had with setting up webhosting was through Netfirms (which is a horribly slow and cruddy service). In the 24 hours I had surpass up and running, it was much easier to setup than netfirms and quite a bit faster (not to mention many more options and features).

I wanted to ask the community before creating a ticket (those guys gotta be busy with this sale!) thinking maybe a server was down or something.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

I can access your website. This may just be an internet problem.

Can you try resetting your router/modem? Unplug it for about 3 minutes, then plug it back in. See if you can access it then. Also try running a tracert: Go to the command prompt, and type in tracert yourdomain.com

After you do that, post the tracert here if you can still not access it

The router has been rebooted and I still get the same result.

I have no problem with the rest of the internet as far as I can tell.

Your site comes up good from here too.
Looks like there could be a issue from within the Dimenoc network there though. Affecting Surmunity and my sites a little too.

What is the Dimenoc network? Is that surpass's network or the 'internet'?

It is the network Surpass and Hostdime is in there.

Thanks....so this is a problem (hopefully) not created by me and I just need to wait it out? Or should I open a ticket to make surpass aware of it?
