when can I receive the server ip?

i reicve all the account information except the server ip
my payment has been processed on Feb 8, 2007 8:39 AM(Beijing time)
this is my Transaction ID: 1336546763

by the way
i can't login the https://desk.surpasshosting.com, if i want register a new one
it tell me the email has been used, and i choose find forgotten password,
then i can't login neither when i use the password send by SurpassHosting
forgive my poor english!~

You can submit a ticket on the support desk without logging in. Just click here: https://desk.surpasshosting.com/inde...kets&_a=submit and choose support.

I think some emails got sent out without the IP. Support will be able to provide the correct information for you.

When you submit the ticket, you'll receive an email with the login information for the help desk.

i submit a ticket this morning,but i only receive the email like this:

^^^ that is an automatically generated confirmation message that they have received your ticket... once they have looked into your account and confirmed everyhing then you will get your information....

btw, activations are manual and usually occur within 24-48 hours due to volume.
