Hello everyone.

I just wanted to come here and see if I could receive some help. Because emailing has seemed it failed.

I used to have surpasshosting a few years ago. I loved the service but after awhile I no longer needed it so I went ahead and canceled my hosting done deal. Now I wanted to come back and with the valentines' day sales it seemed to be a perfect time. So I went ahead to make a new account, because my old one was under my mothers name and since I have my own Credit Card and PP account I wanted to make a new account with my info. I went ahead and did that and I get slamed with GeoIP conflition problems.

I am currently on vaction in Austrilia. So my IP wasn't corrsponding to the billing address. So you guys sent me a email containing how to verify myself. I went ahead filled out all the paper work made copies of my Credit Card and Drivers license. And tried over 10 times to email it to you guys every time getting the following error:

I then emailed you the error asking if there was any other way to send you my contact information. And you never emailed me back. I waited over a week and nothing. So I come here to try and see if I can get some help. I would really like to get hosting from Surpass.

Sorry about that, will check why the email is bouncing back, meanwhile what is your domain please?
