Few questions

I've just purchased the resellers plan, and i currently have my domnaim with idotz.net, but i need to know where to point my domnaim (DNS).

Also, how can i access CPanel without using my site as my site is not setup for this server at the moment. Thanks.

You will get all that information emailed to you after the account is setup as well as the welcome email and all that.

With the Promo going and being a weekend it may take a little longer than normal.

Your very welcome.

Surpass processes all that with real people setting up the accounts. May be a little slower but helps prevent bots and such from setting up an account which can happen on a automated account setup system.

I was previously paying £5 ($8) for 1GB webspace, 6GB Bandwidth, 10SQL. This site was recomended. £10 for 20GB resellers accoun. Much better.

Might also keep an eye in your spam folder if you have one... on the off chance it winds up in there. That's happened to a few folks on here.

I have AOL and my spam filter is turned off.
Its been a few days now. I've reopened the ticket that they closed when i last asked what was happening. I just got the response wait 24 hours. I'm not happy at the moment as i paid the full $15 for a month when its due for renewal in a few days as i didn't get this months full.

Not happy.
