It's been well over 48 hours since paying for my server order, and I've yet to receive the login info. Here's my transaction information, if that helps:

Okay, it's been over three days now. I received an email stating that my info would be received either last night or early this morning. Neither happened. I need a time estimate for when it might be up. The subscription for my current server is up in a few days, so I really don't have the time to continue waiting. If I can't be supplied what I paid for by tonight, cancel my order.

I take it we're head for five days?

Edit: scratch that, it as been five days. It was the 16th when I paid the order.

Hi ideosynk,

Did you submit a ticket to the sales department? We have just pushed through a bunch of accounts that were pending and these clients contacted our sales staff.
We are still facing a slight delay but we can expedite your activation if you provide the ticket id of a ticket you submitted to the helpdesk or the domain name you provided when you signed up for the account.
