I signed up for a reseller account 2 days ago and haven't recieved e-mail 1 yet. Transaction id 1346364483. I dont have a username or password yet so I can't sign in to get any help. Any info would be greatly appreaciated.

you do not have to sign in to submit a ticket just go to http://desk.surpasshosting.com and click on submit ticket. I guess because of the sale there was a delay in the activations... however just send a ticket and you should be on your way to receiving your info ASAP.

Found 1st reply in my junk e-mail folder. I had to go through about 1400 of them to find it though. Thats what I average in a day in my junk mail. I did mark it as not spam now but not sure If I missed one or not.

I have been sent several e-mails monday but none with a actual username and password that Works! I had to pay for time for this month prorated and I still don't have access. I recieved another e-mail stating I can check on the status of the ticket using my username and password, neither of which actually work. I have 2 sites I would like to get switched. Please help me!!

Im having the same problem and i paid a full $15 for the resellers option, only to find out i have a few days left before it has to be renewed. Very dissapointed with this company so far, especially when i'm switching over from another company to them.
