Wow. I won't even begin to go there.

I think I saw in another thread that Surpass was putting up a new shared server every other day. I believe they limit each server to 100 accounts (Kayla - jump in and correct me if I get my facts wrong). So, if a new box is going online every other day, then that would mean approximately 50 accounts per day being added.

My guess is that a lot of the new accounts are for existing sites moving to Surpass from other hosts (just like yourself). That's a lot of transferring. Until the dust settles, those servers are going to get beaten up pretty bad. Once the transfers complete, you should see things settle down quite a bit.

Of course, some of your new neighbors may not prove to be good neighbors, but Surpass will weed them out as quickly as possible.

So, bottom line, it's going to be rough for a little while, but only because of the promo.

No cookies, but it will get better.
