Can't login to Helpdesk

I used the "Lost Password" link on the helpdesk, and it emailed my my supposed password.

I've manually entered, and copied and pasted the user information from the email about... 10 times. I've also tried 2 web browsers (FF + IE).

Still can't get in. Anyone have any input on this?

you don't need to login you can bypass the login and just provide an email for follow-up

Thanks for the fast reply, Brandon. I stumbled upon the ability to bypass the login about a minute after posting.

Sure you don't need to login to submit a new ticket, but logging into the support site, provides a handy overview of your tickets' status and post follow-ups for your tickets.

It's certainly strange how basically all users who sign up for hosting, the support desk account is automatically created, but doesn't work even though the email and password (confirmed by the "Lost Password" function) are correct.

If you really want to get your help desk login working you'll need to submit a ticket to sales and have them reset the password on your help desk account.
