signed up for the promotion

but am getting charged the regular rates. Cancelling now without ever even getting to try out services...

You needed to signup yearly with the promotion... not monthly (this was clearly stated in the instructions).

No Kidding? Wow, I thought I would never figure that out..

Unfortunately if there was a space behind the coupon, then the system did not take it.

If your receipt says you used a coupon, then it went through fine. Your receipt probably does not mention a coupon.

Just tell our sales division what happened, and they can correct this for you.

come on theres no need for this he was only trying to be helpful, it may have sounded brash but you would be suprised how many people have posted and forgotten silly little things, if your original post had had a bit more info he might not come back with that answer
