Subdomain difficulties (server not found)
With surpass I have two domains
Domain1, I never have problems with this domain, I can install, uninstall, create subdomains, delete them. Domain 2 however is a different story it seems... First of all this is not an add on domain, it is seperate one (own C-Panel etc.). Installing/uninstalling doesn't seem to be such a smooth operation as it is on Domain1. Last week when trying to install Joomla I got a forbidden error. Today I created a subdomain and installed Wordpress through fantastico... But for some reason when I try to acces blog.domain2.com I get the message ''server not found'' I did the same procedure with domain1, it went smoothly without a problem...So what could this be with domain2? you may want to send a ticket to support...
however, it is not recommended to install joomla or wordpress through fantastico... try doing it manually and if you still have issues you should send a ticket to support : http://desk.surpasshosting.com
