New site, not working, Need Name server help i think.
I have assigned the name servers i believe, from within the email i recieved.
ns1128.dizinc.com ns1129.dizinc.com After those were assigned the site is still not recognized at all as even having a DNS. I'm completly lost on what to do, and i am not getting any response from your "support desk". Sometimes it takes time for DNS updates to propagate on the internet.
Go to this web page, and enter your domain name to see what 15 major DNS servers show for your domain. http://www.mob.net/~ted/tools/dns.php3 The results, if good, should show the IP of the Surpass server you are on. Also, you may run into your local ISP DNS servers being slow to update... Good luck. PC

I did that, and it came up with quite a few US name servers. ALl with the Ip address of 72.29.90.63. However when i go to that IP, a page about security phishing comes up.

I think you are getting close.
That looks like a Dimenoc/Surpass IP address. go to http://72.29.90.63/~yourusername Where yourusername is your username. That should get you to your home directory. PC

AH okay yes that worked. Now what is it i have got to do so when i simply go to the domain name, that page appears?
