Hello,
So I have a new domain and I want to add it to my current account. When I get to that step during the sign-up process it asks for my e-mail and password. I'm putting in my e-mail and password and it's not working and I think it may be because when I log into my account I log in under the old WHM AP. Is this the case or do I have some other password I don't know about?

you might just want use as an Add-On domain.
in that case, you would just log into cPanel and add the domain... this was both domains will lead to the very same site... |

If you have a shared account, and would like to "attach" it to your current hosting account, you simply need to log into your cPanel account and create a new add-on domain. This will NOT create a new cpanel, but will create the functions necessary to run your domain name, through a directory. It'll appear as "originaldomain.com/seconddomain" in your account, but it will not be seen as that when you access it at "secondomain.com."
You'll also be able to create user log in information for it, and a private FTP account. |
