Hello, I need a little info.

I have just paid $6 for the shared hosting. The only email I got was invoice.
When will I get the welcome email and the info email?
I would also like to know how can i access my website without a domain.com.
It should be something like http://ip:80/~username/

They got back to me in almost exactly 48 hours, but that was during their promotion when they were swamped with orders. It shouldn't take that long now as the promotion is over. If it has been longer you may want to submit a ticket to the help desk. If you do need to submit a ticket, just ignore the login form, it is not required.

For accessing your site without the domain, yes it would be http://ip/~username but the ip will depend on what server you get (and there's no way to know that without the account info email).

Yeah I have the same problem. I ordered the $6 hosting on saturday afternoon (early afternoon) and i havent got it yet

Did you pay with an E-Check? If you did and it hasn't cleared yet, you have to wait until it does. Otherwise you should submit a ticket.

it was payed with visa credit card, i got the first e-mail telling me my username, password, and ip address will be sent within 48 hours, i think it has been past 48 cause i believe i bought it around 12 PM - 2 PM saturday afternoon

and submit a ticket. You do not need to login, just hit submit ticket, and leave CPanel user/pass blank. Send it to sales, with the domain you put in with your order, that should get things going =D.

Account creation is not automatic (thank the spammers and fraudsters for that one). Your account can take a couple days at most to start up (but that's generally during the weekend when it will take more than 24 hours).
