Domain name expiring
Hi
I just cancel to renew my domain name because i dont use it anymore. Would this effect my account in surpassing ? Cause, im going to get a new domain name and i dont want to cancel the account in here. |

That's fine.
Just let us know (via the helpdesk) when you want to change the domain name on your Surpass account, because it has to be changed in the system.

You will need to get the new domain and contact Surpass and have them change the account domain before you cancel the existing one. There will be a small fee for this. They can give you all the details just submit a ticket to the Accounting Div. and they will get this to those who can take care of it for you.

You can leave it until you get a new domain, and have support change it. Until then, you can always access your files via the ip-address/!username/ method
