What degree are you going for, when you say grad work, is it a Masters degree, or Undergrad degree?

Just reply to the emails that they send you, and it will work, no need to log into the helpdesk. Just a bit of patience, and you will be glad you went with Surpass. Welcome by the way!

Yea sometimes there will be some lag in the emails. Norm I would suggest is if 48 hours goes by and you don't get all the information you should get drop a ticket to support about it.
