adobe golive help.

i've had many websites, this one for a year. so i've set up numerous ftp servers successfully-- but adobe golive has me stumped. like what is my host? what is my port?

i've tried different combinations of my ip and dns server. what am i missing here?

host = yourdomain.com
port = 21 (usually)

To be on the save side there is a ftp.yourdomain.com entry in your DNS

Also many people have had trouble when it comes to selecting passive verses not having it checked if that option is available for you.

Also check out this thread, there are many tips for getting FTP working that may help out as well.

Or you could use the IP of your server in the host field.
