Hi , Juust been looking over yout T&C's , and i can see any thinkg about you are not allowed to host a proxy site.

Can you confirm i am allowed to host my proxy site

However, if it has illegal content, or content that would violate the DCMA, I would say they would not even allow this on a dedi.
