No responses
I signed up about a month ago and was away for 3 weeks on holidays.
No emails from surpass. I know the account is open but not a single message and I don't have a password. I have sent emails and a support ticket and still no response. Is there a phone number anywhere? I've checked the site and can't find one Any help much appreciated |

Phone number is not available for Shared Customers, sorry. You can submit a ticket at http://desk.surpasshosting.com without using a password. Try something other than hotmail, maybe a gmail or yahoo account? Better yet, your ISP email is the best bet than using something with a free service.

Seems like an impossible situation.
We have dedicated hosting. I can't get our password because it never arrives in our email. I can't sent a support request because they need a password. Cancelling the service is our only option and I don't even know if I can do that. Pretty poor not even having a phone number I can ring |

Actually dedicated hosting customers do have a telephone number see http://www.surmunity.com/showpost.ph...07&postcount=9

Yes, as mgk mentioned, you do get a number for a dedicated server.
And as mentioned, you do not need a password for the helpdesk. Click on http://desk.surpasshosting.com and click on "Submit a Ticket" you can do this without placing a username and password in the field. I am sure they will get you all taken care of, hang in there! Keep in mind, this is a user-to-user forum mostly as well.

Thanks to everyone that helped. At least I have a phone number now.
Still can't send a support ticket as it wants a username and password and I get the message "One of the required field(s) is empty" when I don't use one and it won't post. |
