I signed up for web hosting yesterday and the last page said automatic account creation failed, the staff will need to manually create your account. I have not received any emails yet so I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and how good is the support, or how fast can I expect this to happen? Thanks

Hi Scott,

We updated our ordering system and there were a few bugs which were fixed last night... but unfortunately you ordered before they were fixed.
The reason your account didn't install automatically is because our system gave you a username that began with a number so it didn't go through.

You should have your info now.

Unfortuantely I have not received any info yet. I am in the process of transferring my domains from register.com to Surpass Domains so I thought maybe something is wrong with my email but I just sent myself a test message and it is still working fine. I didn't think these forums were the right place for tech support so I had submitted a support ticket early this morning but I never heard anything from that. Thanks for the info so far.
