Yes, definitely a problem.
Based upon the directory listing, there is no index file. I would re-upload and check it out...

you uploaded it all outside the public_html folder
Move it all into the public_html folder and rename Index.html to index.html and you will be fine  Because the way you have it now, your index.php will show up until you make the Index.html file all lower-case
