Unhappy Completely lost - pls HELP

Hello everybody,

I came to Surpass recommended by a friend already a member.
At first, I was a bit afraid for never having dealt under PHP. I am a basic user.

I must confess, attracted by the amazing low price of hosting at Surpass, I haven't read all the specs about and I registered straight way as Deluxe Shared host.

I have 3 domains I wanted to host here. Let's call them A, B and C.

I thought I would be able to have:

www.A.com
www.B.com
www.C.com

Separately !!! Distinguished domains that I would be able to give these URL to friends. But, unless I misunderstood it all, I will end up with:

www.A.com
www.B.A.com
www.C.A.com

Which is REALLY what I didn't want !!!!

So my first question is:
what's the difference between Parked Domain, SubDomain and Add-On Domain?

After all, will I be able to have 3 different domains, and their 3 different URL or not?

Secondly, getting around Surpass is becoming really annoying already in my second day as a member. There no phones to call, no chat help desk (live) and the HELP (FAQ) doesn't really answer my questions. Once logged in the cPanel, there's no help at all.

Since yesterday, I've been trying to log into my FTP and I don't seem to get it.

I hope someone here can clarify my questions or I might just give an end to all of it.

The price at Surpass is really tempting, but for basic users without much of knowledge of html, languages, types of servers, etc. it is so disturbing !!!

There's a bit o lack of information for newbies.

I truly thank you for your help.

I've got my Welcome email with the ftp address, username and password but when I try to connect, it says:

Response: 230 OK. Current restricted directory is /
Command: SYST
Response: 215 UNIX Type: L8
Error: Could not retrieve directory listing

Given the following domains:

Main Domain
mymaindomain.com
Root directory where files are placed: /public_html/
Parked Domain
myparkeddomain.com
This sits on-top of your main domain. It is an alias for it. Both mymaindomain.com and myparkeddomain.com will show the same content. Thus, its files are also in /public_html/. This domain must be registered with a domain registrar (GoDaddy, Surpass Domains, whoever) and its name servers set to the same as mymaindomain.com.
Sub-Domain
mysubdomain.mymaindomain.com
When you make a sub-domain, it will create a /public_html/mysubdomain/ directory for it's files to go. This type of domain does not require a separate domain registration to work.
Add-On Domain
myaddondomain.com
This domain must be registered with a domain registrar (GoDaddy, Surpass Domains, whoever) and its name servers set to the same as mymaindomain.com.

When you create it in cPanel, it's "root" directory will be /public_html/myaddondomain/. Now then, technically what happens is that first a sub-domain of myaddondomain.mymaindomain.com is created and then myaddondomain.com is parked on top of it.
Hopefully that's clear as mud now.
