Hello everyone.
I saw that there is currently a special offer on at the moment for transferring domains to Surpass Hosting. Is says to send an email to get the fees adjusted. I have done this a few hours ago, and have had nothing back. Does anyone know how long to wait, or what to wait for before going ahead and transferring the domain? Thanks |

Did you get a Automated message stating they Recieved your message?
If not ReSubmit it... They have gone thru all the tickets at least twice by now.

I sent another email regarding this matter a few days ago, and did not receive an auto responce and have had nothing back from surpass.
Its now been over a week since I first asked to use this offer, and my domain names are now up for renewal. I would really appreciate some feedback on this, before I am forced to register my domains elsewhere. Thanks |
