Can't upload mysql

I am uploading my Wordpress sql from another host and I keep getting this message:

Does anyone know what this means =/ Can this be fixed?

Have you allowed access to your db for that user? Sounds like maybe you didnt.

You can do it right from cPanel ... :-)

one thing people forget to do a lot is add the user to the database. They create the user and create the database but then forget to add the user to the DB.

It's usually the first thing I check when I see access denied errors
