Red face Lost in logins (surpasshosting logins, that is)

I'm trying to upgrade my account, but I'm totally lost in all those logins.
I go to /login/, then "Please click here to login if you signed up with SurpassHosting before May 26, 2006."
So I click there, login and and click on "Place a new order". There I am sent back to the frontpage, wich I select the dedicated plan, and get another login box, there I am stuck. No login I can think of works.

So. what should I do? Ask billing to move me to the new billing system? Sign up again?

J.

If you're trying to upgrade to a new shared plan you should open a ticket to the Accounting Division requesting to be migrated to the new billing system so you can upgrade your plan.

They will either migrate/upgrade all in one go or migrate and send to sales for the upgrade

Either way go here -----------> http://desk.surpasshosting.com

Ok. Surpass has updated my account, but I still can't login on https://decc.surpasshosting.com/order/?pid=77&plan=2.
It used the same login as https://www.surpasshosting.com/login/ right?

Jonr,

now that you have been migrated to the new billing system, you will no longer login to the client area for the legacy clients but for the new system via the link below:

---
https://client.surpasshosting.com/mb4/index.php
---

Now that I look at your previous reply, are you attempted to sign up for a dedicated server?? If so then I should explain that this too has its own login credentials (they are different for shared/reseller, VPS, and Dedicated but we have future plans to have them all consolidated) . If you're signing up for a dedicated server then you will sign in as a new client. If not then just login to the link that I provided above and proceed with the order of your package. In order to upgrade to a higher package, just acknowledge this in the ticket you opened and we can manually update this for you.

I hope it all works out
