New Domain

Hi guys, I have a few questions.

1. I have a hosting plan here, will it automatically renew or do I have to do that somewhere?

2. I've also decided to get a whole new domain. What exactly do I have to do to get it to work with my hosting account?

Hi! Welcome to the forum.

If your payment information is still correct and up to date, it does automatically renew for you.

Once you buy the new domain, just send a ticket to the sales department (https://desk.surpasshosting.com) letting them know the domain and they can edit your account. There is a small fee to do this since it takes some time making the changes involved within the account.
