New Domain help
Just signed up recently and I received my DNS information, I am told in the e-mail to update it through the billing control panel.
I go there, I go to My Site> My domains, but I can't find anywhere that says "Register DNS Server" or anything along the lines..If I click my domain under "My Domains" I get this error, There was an error accessing the requested Domain. If you need further assistance, Please contact your Administrator. sjmik.com. Domain name not found ---E.1--- Any ideas?

did you just register the domain today...?
You need to contact support .... http://desk.surpasshosting.com and choose "Surpass Domains" as the department. Your domain order probably hasn't been processed yet or there is a problem with the payment method... or something (but you need to contact support)

I would have done that already except my account login information for the help desk doesn't work :/
It says my e-mail is already registered so I did the request lost password and I got my password, but it still doesn't work. I also noticed my DNS server isn't shown on that master list I purchased the domain+hosting Deluxe package yesterday and got the account info in my e-mail about 20 minutes ago. EDIT: I just got an email saying my domain name has been registered/transfered successfully. And to allow 24-72 hours for it to update. Should I be set now? EDIT: I have access to my domain under the billing control panel now, I have 2 DNS servers there, should I change them to the ones in my e-mail? They are both different...The ones in my e-mail don't show up on the master list, and the IP for the DNS servers aren't on the server chart either, so bleh
