On the Billing 101 FAQ, I am trying to use PayPal to renew my domain name. Seems that Billing is either on an extended lunch break (over two weeks) or vacation. What is the point of instructed the masses to send PayPal requests to billing
surpasshosting if email is never read? |

I know that. But, if they are not checking the mailbox, then explain how the will know PayPal has sent a payment. Besides, I just received an email from one of the tech and it seems that the address is not what the page says it is.

I guess you are the one I emailed earlier.
Just noticed this post. The Billing 101 page does not say to send money to billing surpasshosting.comThat email address is for correspondence. If you are renewing your domain name, and you have an account in SurpassDomains.com then there should be no reason you have to ask billing anything.
