We have not had any problems with Worldpay, when we started as a small company, they tailored what we needed and the charges were very reasonable (old adage - pay peanuts, expect elephants,) no hassles, help as needed etc.
Paypal still has the growing stigma of ebay being the parent and the latest moves by some companies to move to states/countries with lax security and safety laws should help you decide.

i use the Royal bank of canada and my paypal is verified via there. i usually keep my paypal receipts though in my paypal account for most of my future online purchases whether they be for my hosting,domains or the occasional vehicle i buy through ebay.

(i bought a 97 cargo van 13 months ago for 1200 and it is driven daily with no major issue still)
