[Answered] Web Disk Access

I saw in CPanel the Web Disk. Thinking it might be useful, I tried to downlaod/install. I downloaded, unzipped, and double clicked on it like it said to do. Then it did nothing for a while, to finally tell me 'You must accept the servers certificate to be able to connect! Please try again'

... how do I do that? (I'm on a mac, if that helps any)

If I'm not mistaken, you should be able to access it using http://www.yourdomain.com:2077/ -- give it a try and let me know how that works out on your Mac.

It tells me 'Failed to open page'

What server are you on? I don't have a Mac (too expensive! :*() but I'll give the server itself the once-over to make sure the proper ports are open and whatnot.

I think I'm supposed to be on SH108.

Okay, WebDisk on sh108 is fixed. One more time, try http://sh108.surpasshosting.com:2077/ again, as well as the icon.

When I click on the link above I am prompted for username/password. When I try to link to my shared server sh111, nothing happens. Can you please fix this one also?
