Banned IP

I am at a LAN and I told all my friends they could upload there funny pics to my server, and it seems I opened far to many connection from my IP and now I am banned. If anyone knows how I could get help ASAP (from someone at surpass) that would be great! I would submit a ticket but I don't think I would get helped anytime soon =p.

I checked the IP banned in cpanel and no IPs are ban. I logged in via a VPN server and I was able to log in, so I know my current IP is banned.

PM me your IP address and domain name and I will fix it.

We dont take THAT long to reply to your tickets :P Only takes a minute to unblock and IP

No you guys are usally really fast, but I was wondering if there was some chat system I could use or maybe a IRC channel =p But we already changed our IP. Is there anyway you could allow my FTP connections from one IP?

Surpass doesn't have another support system in place. They use the help desk so everything is organized without confusion.

Once they've whitelisted your IP address, it should not be blacklisted again, so you wouldn't have that problem anymore.

again, is there anyway I can enable more connections from one IP for the FTP?
