Too Many Connections

Hi, at my board I'm receiving the too many connections error on my database

When I try to login to phpmyadmin I get wrong username/password

My average visitors number is about 13 people, so it's a strange error :s

Can you fix this?

Both Mango and Viva have had increased SQL usage. We will be moving some accounts to semi-dedicated servers and all shoud be resolved within the next 2 days.
