Images not showing

Hello,
Hoping this is in the right place. Not exactly a beginer but am rather clueless when it comes to the technical side so it makes me a beginer in a way. Please move this to a more relevant place if this isn't the one...

I run a forum that is hosted, obviously, on one of the shared servers here. One of the members of my forum can't see the images hosted on the server. She can see any other image from any other server. She's not able to tell me what errors she's getting, but below is a screensnap of how her screen looks like when browsing the forum (logo not showing as well as other images of the forum).

She's the only one reporting this problem. No one else has. Myself and anyone else I asked can see the images just fine so this is quite the mystery to me.
Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions on what could be the problem? Is it something with the forum? And in that case, why is she the only one seeing it? And if it's something with the server - again, why is she the only one seeing it? And if it's something in her settings then any idea what it is and how it can be sorted?

She says her brother knows how to fix the problem, but I'm not going to give him my login details. I'm not that stupid.

Just for the record, the shared server my site is on is: 66.7.192.103
Not sure how relevant that is... and if it makes a difference, I have an IPB 2.2.1.

do you know what browser she's using... More than likely, she has probably accidentally checked a box that says to block images from your site.

Yeah, it can be suprisingly easy for images to be disabled in most browsers.

Well, asked her and she says she checked and it's not that. She also says she can't see the pictures on both firefox and IE.

Dang, I was hoping it'd be something simple!

Any other thoughts?

You could link us to the forum so we can see if anyone else is having the problem. If it's just her... well, it's likely a configuration issue somewhere between her router and the back of her chair.

Since I've not gotten any other report of such a problem from anyone else, I am leaning towards it being a problem on her end. Furthermore IPB has an option of testing itself for errors and when I ran that test, no errors were found. Is there ANY chance this could be a problem with the forum?

The images loaded fine for me. It looks like I'm possibly viewing a different skin than what is in the screenshot though. Perhaps the skin they selected is broken?

Skin is fine. I just changed the skins yesterday, I guess her default is set to the other skin and not the new one. Old skin is still installed and working fine.

just an idea, give her a link to one of the images that she can't see from the page (like the header). See what happens.
