Please submit a ticket to Sales -- they can tell you what you should be using to log in ...

What's one of your ticket IDs? It's not necessary to submit two tickets about the same issue -- someone will get back to you soon ...

You've submitted two tickets about the same issue. I deleted one of them so that we don't have multiple people working on the same thing. I also noticed in your other ticket that you've replied to it a lot, asking for updates... this simply puts it back to the bottom of the queue as tickets are answered in the order they come in.
Just be patient and someone from sales will get back to you soon. Thanks.
