figuring out this masking domain to hosting stuff
Hello, I' a new surpass customer. Just figuring things out here.
I have a domain registered www.johnnyendeavour.com before getting my power plan. am registered here. In my welcome adress is says my IP Address : 72.29.71.55 So I forward/masked my url to that IP. I get a cpanel coming up instead of any of the files I have uploaded to my space, also I can't make the url from file manager work to see any of my files... Am I doing this right or is there something else I have to do to see my web files? Hosting webpages 10 years ago seemed simpler! Cheers I hope you can give me some advice, and merry christmas also. ok I figured out how to change the nameservers with my domain company... though not before I changed the forwarding adress to the wrong one. I hopefully will have my problem solved at that end soon
 but shouldn't I be able to see files I uploaded somehow even without that domain forwarding stuff working? |

http://72.29.71.55/~yourusername/ should show all the files you've uploaded
