[Answered] Renewal?

I signed up for the one love promotion last year and come due 2/1/08 how does Surpass handle the renewals? Will I get an email or do I need to initiate the transaction?

You should receive an email at least 7 days before your hosting needs to be renewed. The new billing system also has all billing set to renew. If anything you can check your invoice by logging into the billing system at: https://www.surpasshosting.com/login/

Just for a bit of clarification, with invoices marked "cc batch" Surpass will automatically bill the credit card information already on file right? I don't need to do anything?

That is correct. If I were I would check your billing account just to make sure that the information is there and correct. =)

Yeah, I signed up around 2/14/07 and I got my automated bill just the other day.

I got the invoice last week, but Surpass just hasn't processed the payment yet.
